It's pretty clear from watching this that the contract was in and that Israel had to do the bidding to move out the Palestinians from the Gaza Strip in a big land grab to build waterfront property as Kushner explains. It also adds fuel to the whole notion that Israel staged an attack on itself on October 7, 2023 in order to use the incident as a pretext in order to give themselves plausible deniability to invade and grab the land and throw the Palestinians off of it.
