While it is illegal in America to assault police officers, this U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and Former Fox News Host who was appointed by Donald Trump is bragging about overcharging a man for assaulting a Police Officer with a freakin Footlong Subway Sandwich. She charged the man with a FELONIOUS Assault. For those who don't know, a Felonious Assault is usually an assault with a weapon such as a knife, a hammer, a bat, a hockey stick, etc. something that could actually do some serious damage. It should have just been merely an assault charge and it could have been handled in a District Court rather than a Federal Court, but what do you expect from a Police State like the one being brought in by Donald Trump (the guy who supposedly ran in opposition to all of it)?
