Convicted Sex Offender Ghislaine Maxwell moved to a Minimum Security Prison in Texas???

How does a Sex Offender who has been convicted of 5 counts get moved from a a Maximum Security Prison in Florida to a Minimum Security Prison in Texas? Keep in mind, this was done under the Trump Department of Justice, which is now in control of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Sex Offenders, according to the code of the Bureau, are NOT supposed to be in Minimum Security, they had to waive the rules for Maxwell. Is it far-fetched now to say that Trump might commute her sentence or even pardon her? I don't think so! Did she cover up for Trump and lie about him not ever being at Epstein's home in exchange for leniency? It sure appears that way.
