Trump threatens America and Demagogues the Tariff issue against the Supreme Court

If the Supreme Court strikes down this idiot's tariffs, it would be a tax cut for all Americans. It would create an economic boom for a minute if anything. He does not have the Constitutional Authority to slap the tariffs the way he's been doing it. He can only slap on tariffs as a form to protect the country's industries and national security, by law, but he cannot do it out of vengeance over an ad in Canada and he also cannot claim he is using these Tariffs to generate revenue for the Congress. Under these conditions, of revenue generation and vengeance over an ad in Canada, it would have to be done by Congress. The other thing he lost on is when he said he's looking to getting rid of the IRS in favor of these tariffs, again, that would make his tariffs illegal.
