The same World Economic Forum wants to control the world's population through food, so Trump is trying to make food more scarce so the WEF can have more leverage over humanity. One needs to also ask, why does Trump talk about bringing manufacturing jobs back to America, but is now pushing to export our Farms to these other countries?
