No Trump, you're NOT allowed to send in the Army, Navy, nor National Guard to enforce Civilian Laws in the US Cities and without the request of Mayors and Governors of the states they are within. These are the jobs of state and local officials, NOT the Federal Government and the Posse Comitatus Act very explicitly forbids the President from using the Military on its own civilians.
