Trump's plan to defund Universities if they allow Anti-Semitism

Trump is always trying to elevate this one group of people to a privileged class. You never hear Trump talk about how Whites are easily targeted, but you do hear him talk about Anti-Semitism all the time. The thing too is, Trump is always going after the Speech, not the actions. Why is he attacking the speech so much? If we are a Constitutional Republic, all speech should be allowed whether it's correct or incorrect and no class of people should be protected from speech that might be offensive to them. It seems like the Right Wing are just as big of snowflakes as the Left have been, particularly when it comes to the topic of Israel.
