What exactly does this joke of a bill actually address? It doesn't address the voting machines, the records being kept after elections, hell, it doesn't ensure the ballots are even counted fairly or who gets into the debates and on the ballots. The elections will remain a joke with this bill and after this bill is passed if it is ever passed. This is a con job to try to restore some level of confidence in elections, but let's face it, the elections have been pre-determined for a very very long time, long before 2020, hell, long before even in 2000.
