Mark Levin wrongfully claiming the Iran Deal, that Trump supposedly made, MUST be treated as a "Treaty" by Congress

Isn't this guy supposed to be some kind of Constitutional Lawyer or expert? Does he not know that a deal can be made without declaring it as a Treaty? For months, this guy tried to claim that what was taking place in Iran was a conflict and not a war, to get around the legality of it all, thus required no Congressional Approval nor a Formal Declaration of War from Congress either and cited the War Powers Act as justification for it, which it still wasn't. In other words, he sets the bar very low for going to war, yet he sets the bar very high for peace, which should show you who and what this man's character is. He's nothing but a war mongering shill and a plant for the Israeli lobbying groups.
